Pros
I would say that they pay into the market , the benefits are above the market, and in general terms it could be a stable job.
Cons
The company is getting bigger and more complex, as a result they are building a global service center in Berlin. On one hand the company want to implement new systems and process, and on the other hand everybody is new and with a very strong ego. As a result there is a mess on everything that creates a terrible atmosphere because everybody is looking to show result no matter the consequences. If you join the company be ready to be in a very disorganized organization, so you would like to be very tolerant to the chaos, be ready for very high egos in the offices.
