The turnover rate is huge, a lot of employees are leaving the company due to: - nonexistent career development. There are no opportunities to develop one's position for a better pay/role. - lack of personal development. The company motto "Make yourself grow" is not appropriate. - outdated home office policy. According to the German Law, working outside Germany is possible, with time limitations. The company forbid his workforce, mainly international to work from their homeland. Especially during and after corona this has been perceived as lack of understanding, flexibility and appreciation by the employees.
