Pros
The patients were great for the most part, so the work can feel fulfilling at times. The pay and benefits were good, except for having Kaiser medical as the only option for medical.
Cons
The management is beyond terrible and HR is constantly dealing with high level messes. Upper management and HR have become apathetic to not producing the messes in the first place. Then they blame the employees who end up in their cruel nets. It's truly a horror show, and you should stay away from Kaiser. They will make you hate your career, or seriously hurt your career, but it's just them. You can find respect elsewhere.
