Cons
Most of the people working here are hired as temp employees. Which means you are cut out of most things this so called kal tire family has to offer. I can understand people who are permanent employeea arw giving rave reviews due to having benefits, rrsps, and the profit sharing which from what ive heard is quite a nice payout yearly. As a temp you get treated differently, dont expect raises, no benefits, no time invested in you yet they expect you to invest your all with them. There is tons of senior upper management and too many còoks in the kitchen but most of them dont know what eachother is doing. Very unorganized. They expect to be catered to, and only give thanks to real employees and the temps are used to make them look good. Supposedly staff get pictures taken and poated on wall, as a temp you are not included. Kept in the dark and fed manure. Thankless job. Poor pay. No respect. Unorganized. Just keep looking elsewhere.
