There is nothing good to acknowledge. KOG displayed little ability in running a business and it was a frustrating employment from start to finish.

SCHEDULING is mismanaged and as a result guards have irregular hours and pressured to work overtime to cover the gaps. Unbelievable. Ruins personal life, personal time, having work schedule always changing. SALARY. No direct deposit! guards are paid by cheque delivered to the site. This means having to visit work site during days off to pick up cheque to then cash it at bank. How archaic is that!! COMPLICATIONS. Guards are frequently required to visit KOG office in PICKERING! in order to correct problems with uniforming, pay cheques, and scheduling. RESIGNATION PENALTY! Beware. If a guard lets their justified frustrations get the best of them and they quit or give less than 2 weeks resignation notice, there is a penalty of 250.00 taken from last pay cheque. All this spells little regard and appreciation for the guards.
