Pros
- Working with a small team who you will become very close with - Great phone and plan discounts - Relatively easy work and good pay - Used to be an amazing job - Decent benefits
Cons
- They majority of the people they hire as managers are a joke - If you're on salary they will definitely make you work LOTS of unpaid overtime - Koodo DOES NOT promote from within, they give current employees false hope when applying for higher positions - Constant use of scare tactics and manipulation - Unreasonable sales targets
