      Good team, good office and reasonable pay

      Cons

      A lot of people in the top selling, not enough people at the bottom delivering. Too many processes and systems that don't work. It is quite slow to change.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Pros

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
