      Pros

      Great manager and no micro managing. Only given targets and support for portfolio

      Cons

      No direction within the company. Recent downsizing/layoffs and RIFs have caused everyone to lose a sense of job security. Process changes from management without considering consequences. Also putting work in locations where the employees have little to no industry knowledge.
