Pros

Major focus on talent development Strong leadership training Culture and values focused Excellence in marketing activation innovation, data, insight led strategy, marketing attribution and mix management driving ROI impact & of course the unquestionable leaders in driving and developing brand equity led growth

Cons

Flat structures encourage repeated sideways moves and can inhibit upward progression and succession planning is heavily HR led and distanced from the 360 view of the individual leading to blind spots in talent identification and progression tracks. Changing goal posts on criteria for role suitability and lack of transparency on role availability, often being awarded before even being advertised.

Pros

Big company, lots of resources and some opportunities for travel if you’re at about a supervisor level or higher. Hot cafeteria, good perks like free and discounted beauty products.

Cons

Management is awful and has been for the last few years. Bunch of ladder climbers that in-fight. Attempts at change are half baked and only worsen employee sentiment. Turnover at all levels is high and getting higher. The plant manager only sticks around for a couple years before moving on. The directors that remain are obstinately incompetent. Anybody worth their salt comes and goes quickly.
