At the time I worked there, the biggest challenge was the management. My direct supervisor often lacked accountability, communication was inconsistent, and concerns raised by employees were not always addressed effectively. This created a stressful and, at times, hostile work environment that negatively impacted morale. As a result, several instructors became frustrated and chose to leave the organization.
That said, my experience was several years ago, and I understand that the management team has since changed. The workplace culture and environment may be very different today than when I was employed there.
