Pros
- Coworkers can be great - Hours are usually flexible - The work is fairly easy, fun to learn about the products - lots of courses to learn about different wines and spirits - Holidays are fun here - Great work for students, part-timers, empty-nesters or retirees - The regulars and customers are awesome - Corporate LCBO is a pretty good employer - very straightforward with expectations and reward employees fairly
Cons
- There is a lot of petty politics at larger stores - Full timers and union workers who have been there 15+ can make your life miserable - No hours for newer employees - Gossip culture is normalized
