Leadership support varied significantly depending on the team. Some managers were engaged and approachable, while others provided limited guidance or feedback, making it difficult for employees to grow or feel supported in their roles. More consistent management practices, better coaching, and clearer communication would greatly improve the overall employee experience. Management unreachable and very hard to communicate with lack of responses to emails and phone calls for urgent matters. Communication from management was often unclear or not aligned across departments, which at times created confusion around expectations and priorities.
