      Good salary (negociate well on your arrival) Nice working environment All working necessities are up-to-date Good benefits Growth possibilities There are good managers in place depending on your department (some very good) Very knowledgeable employees Most employees take their job seriously, at heart and are devoted Committees Employees activities

      Workload Employees alliance (including lower management) - i.e. gossiping, make trial Working in cubicles Rules not applied the same to all Opportunities are not impartial Make sure you play the game!

      Pros

      Laurentide is the best place I have ever worked at. I have been challenged since day one and will continue to be challenged until I retire. Entrepreneurship and initiative spirit are valued by senior management. Employees are treated with true respect and dignity. Training is promoted. Customer centric values are lived every day by all employees.

      Good location and nice bulding

      HR is useless and a total faillur because of the manager who is a yes man to the president. The president is a fake friend to anybody and will make you think that he cares about you. I seriously wounder how the HR guy was able to get the job. They will not hesitate to lie to employes
