Pros

Some of the brightest people I’ve worked with are here. The environment is supportive from all avenues, from my direct manager to people in other departments. There are lots of opportunities for cross team collaboration, which gives you great exposure to many different aspects of the business. Company events are thoughtful and genuinely help keep people engaged. The developers are amazing, and there’s no shortage of growth opportunities. Benefits are solid, the offices are comfortable, and the company provides a generous training and engagement budget.

Cons

Not much at this time. Sometimes processes evolve but nothing too substantial.

Pros

• Hybrid setup depending on the team • Free lunches, gift cards, and occasional company events • Nice holiday gestures like Christmas gifts • These perks are appreciated, but they sometimes feel like they are meant to offset some of the challenges in the workplace

Cons

• Expectations are not always clearly explained, which can make it hard to know what is expected • Management style can feel very hands-on and sometimes like micromanagement • The environment can sometimes feel more focused on control and hierarchy than on support and collaboration • The work culture can feel very different depending on the department, and some teams are more welcoming than others • When concerns are raised, employees may not always feel that the process is balanced or that their side is fully heard
