Could improve communication. Training could use a little tweaking.

Ideal work environment and supportive culture, experience a friendly and helpful workplace atmosphere. Engagement activities, things like monthly lunches and team lunches help build strong team bonding. Stable and structured workplace, clear processes and expectations make it easier to understand role and responsibilities. Strong teamwork culture with open communication, mutual support and encouragement for sharing ideas.

Overall, it has been a very positive experience with no cons so far.
