Pros
Good people, good projects, everything has a structure. Work from home policy. Once a week tasty Thursday lunch if you are interested to get together at office.
Cons
Salary is not very attractive, at the same time work load is balanced. Not everything is as transparent as they say - you do great at your project last year and may not get pay appraisal reflected, reason unknown. Management blames upper management. Small pay raise (2-3% is max) (unless you have a change of position).
