He is patient ( which I needed LOL) and genuinely cares about the well being and success of his team. The company culture is beyond amazing, Max makes sure that we always have a fun and truly enjoy each day while we are there. He is always ready to help without any prejudice. I have never been so welcomed onto a team and instantly made to feel comfortable. If you are lucky enough to become a part of this company do not take it lightly, you are welcomed like family from day one.
