Interviewed for one location and schedule, then reassigned to a much farther location Training location and duration changed multiple times, resulting in long daily commutes Minimal communication from management; schedules often provided last-minute Assigned to stores with outdated, poorly functioning CCTV systems No proper store-specific training before being expected to work alone Unsafe store environments with no meaningful mitigation Store owners frequently interfered with LP duties and micromanaged workflows Management handled scheduling conflicts and concerns in an unprofessional manner Basic working conditions (chair, equipment, connectivity) were inadequate Despite achieving strong results in a short period and receiving positive feedback from store staff, the overall environment was chaotic and unsustainable.
