There is no documentation The LTA leadership is clueless when you recommend a process or improvement The company is driven by fear and bullying. I was let go before my probation and told there were conversations about my performance. The company will lie if you call them on it to avoid $5k of payment. Overall Loblaws is pathetic and I was happy I left cause even 3 months there was terrible. VPs are lost and everyone is afraid of them.
