Cool people working for overpaid, negligent managers - Sales Associate/Cashier London Drugs Employee Review

Wage cap was around $22. There are people who have worked there more than 30 years who are making less than that. Complained to HR about a manager who behaved inappropriately and HR sided with the manager. Had to deal with abusive customers with no support from management. Had to deal with rude, abusive truck drivers for months on end because our managers didnt want to "cause a riff" with the trucking company. Literally watched my manager run away from a customer who was demanding to speak with him. The managers do not care about their employees or their customers.
