No Training or Communication - Anonymous employee Ludia Employee Review

During the hiring process I was told over and over how transparent everyone was and how much they valued good communication, but after I was hired I saw that it was really the opposite. seems they hired more then one person for my position under the guise of a full time permanent job and then chose out of us after that, and I was fired after only one month. during that month, I was given virtually no training or instructions about what was expected of me, I worked on more then one team and communication was non-existent on both teams. I was never made to feel welcome and people were actually mean and cold. I was not even given a clear reason or any details about why they fired me either, just that my work was not the level they expected, problem was that no one ever told me exactly what they expected. even when I asked for specifics, they also were not open to any suggestions or ideas, seems they dont want people to show initiative.
