Pros
People are nice, cozy environment, great food and parties!
Cons
Big lack of management, especially HR with mental health issues of their employees. Some people are employed there because nobody can kick them out, even if they do a crappy job and intimidate others. Lots of favoritism, and hierarchy needs to be reviewed.
