      - Ludia has been my best experience working at a studio in the industry; it feels like your superiors care about you. - The projects are fun to work on. - The people there are welcoming, professional and hardworking. The work environment is great (even in a work-from-home situation).

      Cons

      - The salary is subpar compared to other studios (despite good benefits). - Growth within the company is slow, and turnover is high.
