      Pros

      Great team, respectful, knowledgeable, competent, hardworking, committed to providing excellent service. Ok salary, 100% flexible work, good benefits.

      Cons

      New management under American philosophies. The management comes from the office and was put in place not because of their competence, but because they were well known. Direction is questionable, lack of real vision, their new products (games) don't know success.
