      Okay is money after a couple of years. Could be better.

      Unnecessarily stressful. Terrible work culture (cliquish, favoritism, poor communication)

      Entrepreneurial mindset, forward looking manufacturing company working hard to maintain competitive in the ever evolving auto industry

      Cons

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
