Pros

-Decent work life balance is possible, especially compared to the Tier 1 CPG companies going through the 3G effect - good colleagues at a manager level and below with truly kind people

Cons

-terrible leadership and workplace culture. Being intentionally mean-spirited and hurtful to colleagues is tolerated and happens on a regular basis. - leaders at a VP level and above do not work together. They push their own agenda without aligning with their peers, and have little concern over the challenges and frustrations this causes for those that are tasked to execute. - if you are coming straight out of school and want to build a career in brand marketing, this is NOT the place for you. It's impossible for you to get a well rounded, true marketing experience because of how the department is structured. - little to no consumer research is done to drive the decisions being made -way too many cooks in the kitchen and yet no clear accountability and responsibility for functions, resulting in a "not me!" attitude - with constant turnover, there is low trust between those at the plant with those at HQ, making for a challenging working relationship.
