You join them because you get a title your probably not qualified for or you come because of the perceived growth.

There is little growth. CEO hires some good people but they won’t stay more than a year due to the suffocating politics by the people who are toxic and destroy those that are better than them. To stay means swallowing any business ethics you have and do as the old guard says at all times. Independent thought or speaking up gets you blacklisted and pushed out. Horrible toxic environment.
