      Pros

      Health insurance for full time employees is nice. My schedule is pretty regular so I enjoy that.

      Cons

      At least at my store, management is focused more on profits than people. We don’t have enough equipment, there are severe health code violations that get brushed under the rug, and many members of store leadership don’t care enough to listen to us and resolve issues

      Pros

      Free food and snacks to bring home at the end of the day. Some tasks are more challenging than others, a lot of it was learn as you go. Trained us on general grocery as well. Movement to grow and promote is possible lead or bakery.

      Cons

      Discount could be better. Only applies to Kroger. So much food waste, it's horrible.
