Pay could be higher, lower pay for week night shifts

The only pro to working there is they pay you

Unfair wages ; no training ; huge commissions made - that they pocket and do not share with agents ... THE MOST GREEDY company around ; small town managers with no education and major power trip issues ; extremely unfriendly ; unwilling to adapt to change in the industry ; head office ignores major issues at smaller branches - very little accountability .. Too many to list !!!! You will work like a dog for 700 bi weekly and be there five years before being able to even think of travelling
