      Pros

      Got paid on time. Was able to bank OT into vacation.

      Cons

      Safety was not a priority. A y concerns about safety on yhe job was dealt with by stating "do the job or we will just send someone else to do it". No work-life balance for field staff. After more than 20 years of service was provided 2 weeks severance. Asked for help with a mental health concern and was fired instead of provided help (the concern was not related to safety)

      Pros

      Great opportunities to learn and become a better engineer! Everyone is friendly and is willing to do their part to allow the team to succeed. Interesting and complex projects are constantly in the pipeline.

      Cons

      The base pay could be better. Raises average 2-3% which is just enough to offset normal inflation.
