Big firm with smaller firm feel. You get to know everyone in the office which is rare in other offices.

There is not wellness compensation for legal assistants.

People are nice and culture is better than most law firms. Really happy with McMillans Hybrid work model and i hope management holds firm and keeps it. I took the role because of the hybrid arrangement and would not hesitate to look for a new job if RTO was mandated. Firm members would be extremely unhappy and trust in management would be lost if they mandated 4-5 day RTO.

Rrsp “matching” plan for staff is abysmal and not on par with comparable law firms.
