Toxic enviorment - Office Assistant McMillan LLP Employee Review

This is perhaps the most toxic environment in a professional setting that I have ever have the misfortune to be in. People are constantly talking behind other people’s back that you would assume that you’re in a soap opera.. lawyers are treated like gods while everyone else is treated like 2nd rate human beings. I have witness paralegals pushing their weight around as if this is acceptable and the most horrible part is that nothing is done to these select few who thinks they are above any human rights! I clearly remember one of the mailroom staff being bullied to the point of him terminating his role within the company and all the awhile, the bullying that’s circulating within the office is fairly acceptable and people are too scared to voice out their concern with fear of losing their job.
