Pros

Work from home Flexible hours Fair benefits

Cons

Lack of transparency with salary, refuse to provide salary band information Low wages as a result of people not knowing what their salary range should be Favouritism, promotions based off who is buddy buddy with each other vs actually being good at the job Extremely high turn over, many new staff leave, get fired or go on stress leave Little room for growth, once your a case manager and unless you are BFF with the managers, you will be stuck in this position They talk a big talk about being inclusive and promoting diversity but I have yet to see it Refusal to mark Truth and Reconciliation Day as a paid statutory day and tell employees to use unpaid time or vacation day instead, but don’t worry, they’ll update their social media profile to show how much they care about our Indigenous community

Pros

You don't have to do much to stay employed, they have the lowest bar for competency I have ever seen.

Cons

Consultants rule the word there, no faith in employees, lack of leadership or vision....
