      Good benefits, competitive pay, potential to work within a global team.

      Cons

      Misogynist culture, where senior leaders allowed to gaslight employees and limit careers without cause. You will often hear that they have a "special sauce", which basically justifies the old guard's love of the status quo.

      Pros

      Do to the smaller size of the company generally flexible and willing to change, Good compensation, Great benefits. Friendly people to work with onsite. Challenging work with excellent learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance. High expectation when the plants have issues to be onsite supporting 24/7 regardless of what is going on in your life. High workload with unrealistic expectations. Not many opportunities for promotions unless willing to move out of the country.
