Needs to improve - Anonymous employee Metrican Employee Review

Very congested. Lack of space. Salary is not the greatest. Raises need to be better Appreciation for employees is horrible Too much Take and not enough give from Management perspective. Need to treat Employees MUCH better. Does not matter if you have been there for 5 or 10 years and are a good employee. They will not fight to keep you there
