Pros
Pay is substantially more than most companies in the same field
Cons
I thought that after I got hired everything was great and I would be able to build a career off of my new job, unfortunately I soon discovered that they generally let go of 9/10 Managers in Training before their probation ended just so they could hire them for busier seasons like christmas. As well as this many times the demanded goals were grossly inflated based on the Freedman system so many times employees would be forced to quit by slashing their hours. Training in general is to be completed in an extremely unrealistic time. ~40 hours in the first week (On top of the 50-60 hours that you are scheduled) is to be spent at home on the computer completing mandatory training.
