Business Outlook
Pros
Training is very High on their priorities. They provide high quality & quantity training to hone your skills even further. "People are their greatest strength" is one of their core values. And they practice it as much as possible. Aside from shared rewards: their incentives are very generous.
Cons
When the company goes thru hardships (as others do normally they believe in shared sacrifices as well as shared rewards. In the worst of times they will prefer to reduce salary temporarily over layoffs with the promise to repay lost wages at a 110% interest once the company recovers. I have witnessed this at least twice in my time with the company. Not so much a Con as a truth of business.
