Leadership is transparent and focused, with a clear vision for where the company is going. The monthly All Hands updates in particular are as transparent as I've seen having worked in the sports and gaming industry for almost 10 years. At the same time, there’s a willingness to listen and adapt, which creates a culture where good ideas can come from anywhere.
It’s also just a fun place to work - the energy is high, wins are celebrated, and there’s a real sense of momentum as the company grows.
