- The organization has a goal of promoting R&D within Canada. - The possibility of advancement internally exists. - The organization has a way of attracting passionate, engaged talent.
Cons
- Management style is nearly a cult of personality surrounding the CEO. - Too much middle management: some departments have a 1:1 manager/employee ratio. - Salaries far below industry (and even nonprofit) standard. - No respect for work/life balance - Management has been caught lying outright from time to time
