Terrible experience - Anonymous employee Modern Niagara Group Employee Review

Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback although I would certainly like to better understand your comments so that we can use them to be better. For example, you list compensation as both a "pro" and a "con" which is difficult to interpret. The suggestion that the "mafia" is pervasive in all levels of management, employment and all departments is also impossible to action and I take exception to this comment on behalf of the thousands of exceptional individuals on this team.
