Pros

It's hard to point out

Cons

The IT org is imploding with many competant leaders leaving over the last year. The leadership is trying hard to communicate that this is not due to poor retention, one of the 3 highest priorities is talent and they're failing. The roadmap does not seem well thought out. There's a high number of middle managers and not enough ICs. No raises or bonuses for years even though you're a high performer on paper. The corporate politics culture is extremely widespread, no work gets done unless you know people. Top IT leaders fail to speak with clarity and difficult to get behind the vision.

Pros

The Operators that are the life blood of the company.

Cons

I worked here as a maintenance technician for nearly 24 years. Upon leaving, management showed a disappointing lack of respect and engagement; no one in leadership followed up to ask about my reasons for departure. The lack of follow up was spread not just through management, but it was also with others that I have worked with throughout the years. Engineers, Planners and all Supervisors. Throughout my time, there were pervasive issues with discrimination. Furthermore, there was significant wage compression, with new hires consistently starting at higher salaries than experienced, long-term employees. In the later years of my tenure the Management and HR quality of communication, collaboration and just understanding of workers needs dropped drastically. This point was the main reason why working at Molex was no longer good for my mental or physical state.
