Cons
Everything you see as a positive about the company does not make up for the management team and corporate ethics. Corruption at lower level management ranks protected by the head office. They see their staff as varying degrees of assets, so entry level positions are expendable and the views of those staff are not truly taken seriously, although the management will smile and thank you for your contribution. In event of conflict with management, the various department heads will conspire behind closed doors to formulate a plan to rid themselves of the thorn in their side. This had been confirmed by a staff member who was witness to one such meeting. The salary increases are minimal if you're not in a key department where people with the required training are in shortage. The company does not even pay the full amount they are supposed to for the pension plan. What little you can get from this company in terms of job stability you will pay for numerous times over in stress and conflict with management. They will work you as hard as possible with numerous "other duties as assigned" without any additional pay. You can do much better. This company is a complete waste of your time.
