      Interacting with customers, opportunity to bake the products, learn new skills such as writing with icing on a cookie cake, opportunity to manage a small team and the responsibility to close the shop.

      Standing for the entire shift except while on break as well as shift work.

      Pros

      Had friendly coworkers and the hours were good. Previous manager was excellent.

      Cons

      Rarely could get the supplies and parts needed to actually fix equipment. New management kept giving busy work instead of actually letting me fix the important stuff.
