Horrible. Shortsighted. Abusive. - In-store Technician NCIX Employee Review

-Management threatens and blackmails employees -Sexual harassment is brushed under the rug -Zero increases in pay over 3 years DESPITE promises made. -HR blatantly does not care about the staff. -Atmosphere of negativity and managerial backstabbing abounds. -Office politics are a literal nightmare. If you aren't on your knees you're ushered out the door. -Absolutely stagnant promotion structure - it is nearly impossible to get promoted This company has forgotten that humans are their most important resource. They treat people like dirt, yelling obscenities ans even committing such abuse to writing in emails! They treat even high performing employees poorly in order to dominate and break them into complying with orders which change an hour later. Management is some of the worst I've ever seen and they will personally attack you, verbally and in writing if you disagree with them. The stores and lower management positions are systematically "re-structured" yearly to replace the tenured employees with sycophants and rookies who don't know anything about the technology industry. I have seen a great company post loss year after year due to negligence, mistreatment and downright ignorance of even basic business principles. I hope they either learn their lesson or go bankrupt as they should have two years ago if they hadn't fraudulently "cooked the books" to acquire new loans.
