Pros
In my office, people there tend to be really friendly and willing to help out. Management is really easy to talk to and open. Work loads fluctuate, but when averaged out, it is not bad at all. If you are just starting out in your career, it is a great place to learn and develop your skills in the industry. Due to it being one of the few freight train manufacturers in NA, employment is pretty stable. A great place to work if you love trains!
Cons
Due to the way it is structured, growth and progression is a bit slow. Monetary compensation is a bit on the lower end, but benefits are not bad. Also due to the nature of the freight rail industry, advancement in technology is pretty slow.
