      - People are less aggresive which means very few back stab - flexible working hours - you dont have to be excellent to survive

      Cons

      - Dont think about promotion - Fuzzy logic on nearly all the things - No indepth understanding on your work - poor management - poor system - low pay & long hours - Limited personal growth - Bad internal control - Chinese culture

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
