Pros

Good sick pay policy, flexible time approach.

Cons

Toxic people team culture - no one is interested in your career aspirations as whoever fits face better, Whoever says yes to everything and does not challenge the management - you will succeed but be aware they expect you to work not 8 hours,no recognition.Payrise 1% really ???? If you complain that you have been bullied you might get even that taken off..... honestly don't bother- oversaturated with grads and no space for normal people to progress....

Pros

You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

Cons

If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
