      They have good benefits products.

      Cons

      As they get bigger they take lower pay and increase hours of their employees. Long hours and working on the weekend are often mandatory, especially when you start.

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
