Building relationships with youth was always rewarding

Unrealistic expectations, no urgency for staff safety, no pay raise, very little respect by management

The youth are great, coworkers are amazing

The pay is terrible, glorified babysitter, no OT it's always straight time no matter the hours you work, under-appreciated, management is horribly rude. this place is a group home that claims to be a treatment center based around indigenous culture and teachings but there is none
