The youth are great, coworkers are amazing

The pay is terrible, glorified babysitter, no OT it's always straight time no matter the hours you work, under-appreciated, management is horribly rude. this place is a group home that claims to be a treatment center based around indigenous culture and teachings but there is none

You get to work with youth and learn about first nation culture

Upper management doesn't care about Frontline staff, no work life balance
